Surround sound

I have got the blacksharks v2 SE, and recently the THX spatial audio  “broke”. Directly in synapse calibration tab, the sound is coming from opposite side or from anywhere else, but not the correct direction. I am worried about reinstalling the software because I dont remember anything about the activation key and dont have the packaging box. I also tried everything GPT told me to do and nothing solved this issue. Does anybody have a fix for this? I reckon anyone experienced and not dumb like me could immediately tell me what to do.  I dont really need it but I would like to use it, when I know i have the possibility, btw it will soon be 5 years since the purchase of my headphones
