Syanpse Software is crashing constantly

Windows 11

Using Blackshark V2, other than the popping sound I have that others have already reported, it worked fine including the THX Spatial Audio, until recently Razer Razer has been pushing out update after update, I see also where there is some mention of a “new” synapse, so maybe all these updates are linked to that. Also, the THX application is involved.

At any rate, over the past few days the software constantly disconnects, and takes down everything with it, when it happens you can’t see any other speakers or microphones. Windows event viewer shows this all happening in sequence one right after the other.

I twice removed all Razer applications including using the “cleanup tool”, and reinstalled the applications. Same results.

During a game stream, all sound and microphone fails with the above errors.

I now have all Razer software removed, using a seperate Turtle Beach headset, and have no problems whatsoever.

Fix your broken software, and stop pushing out updates that have not been thorougly tested. This is not the first time Razer has had this issue with their software. Releasing updates that totally break your software is ridiculous.

I would also recommend you publish past versions of the software, so when your updates break things customers can load previous software and disable updates until you fix the problems.
