Synapse 3 + Razer Nari Ultimate

For the past 2 weeks Razer Synapse 3 wont detect my headset. Its detecting my mouse (Basilisk) and Keyboard (Blackwidow v2) without any struggles, but when i want to use my headset (Nari Ultimate) its not showing up. I cant check battery life, i cant adjust the mic or sound, and the worst part i cant set it to surround sound. So far i tried rebooting the pc, repairing synapse, reinstalling synaps, removing the Bluetooth dongle to different usb, removing the headset from the bluetooth tab in my pc.

Hello! I have the same problem with my Nari ultimate! Any Ideas of Razer team pls?

No reply from support yet. But i had it fixed. What i didnt find online but what helped was updating everything! Windows to latest version, gpu and pc drivers. Turned out after Windows 10 version 2004 i had to repair the program throught configuration screen. Relaunching the Synapse 3 program and turning on my headset. This did it for me, i hope it works for you too!

Thanx for the reply I do anything from updates (win 10 2004 ,synaps 3 e,nvidia drivers ) nothinfg at all... I steel waiting for anyone...

I used Synapse's repair function to reinstall. After Synapse prompted me to restart the computer, the headphone reappears in Synapse and my mic works again
