Every time I turn on my computer, Synapse 4 switches from THX Spatial to stereo (my headset is a Razer Blackshark v3). The settings show THX enabled, but it's actually stereo. When I switch to stereo, the sound remains the same, but then when I switch to THX, it clearly changes. After switching, it stays in THX Spatial mode until I turn off the computer, and then switches back to stereo the next time I turn it on. What causes these random switches?
Sometimes, the sound changes when the headphones are simply idle, but this issue was resolved by disabling Ultra-Low Latency. So, my second question is: how can I use Ultra-Low Latency without changing the sound?
I tried a clean reinstall of Synapse after first removing the device drivers from the system. I've tried creating and deleting profiles, disabling power saving, disabling ultra-fast latency, changing equalizers, disabling other audio devices, and trying all the sound enhancements in Windows, except THX.
