Synapse doesn't detect my Kraken V3 X, though 7.1 surround audio works
The headset came with a splitter, but I tried to connect it both with and without it, and Synapse still didn't detect it. My Cynosa Lite and Viper Mini were detected instantly and work correctly. What should I do?
