synapse doesnt recognize leviathan

so i just connected my razer leviathan 5.1 had a little problem with the aux i used my own and now it is on but synapse doesnt recognize it in its connected devices (it recognizes the blackwidow keyboard though).
i did register online the product

What version of synapse are you using? For the leviathan, you need to use Synapse 2 (download here). If you have a newer blackwidow keyboard (v2, lite, elite etc..) it would be a Synapse 3 only product, so that is likely the version you have downloaded currently. You can run both at the same time.

I ll try it but i have the synapse 3 and my old blackwidow works fine

Did you try it again recently?

The Leviathan is not a synapse device. The analog and optical connections are for audio. They don't convey data to the comp.

Hi @sleepinghunter. It is as sleekVividBurgundy842 said, the Leviathan is not supported on any version of Synapse.
