So I have 2 Headsets now (Razer Nari Ultimate and BlackShark V2 Pro) and I have them both plugged in with the wireless dongle but having them both plugged in at the same time will cause them to not getting recognized by Synapse anymore.
I have already tried reinstalling Synapse and that didn't work.

no...not headset...the pc or laptop....if he has another 1 try using that to determine if its the pc/laptop
