I am having the same issue - adjusting any setting does not affect the sound: stereo vs TRX, Centre Focus, EQ presets and manual adjustment.

Very frustrating

Guys i have Nommo V2 Pro and i think we might have a common problem. 

*Windows 11 Pro 24H2 with latest updates

*On my end, it’s the issue of installation attempt  “THX Spatial Audio USB 1532-055A” .

It might be a different version for different devices, because my Blackshark V2’s sound card installs THX drivers without any issues and only Blackshark V2 can use THX. My poor Nommo V2 Pro can’t use THX drivers which installed with Blackshark V2 USB Sound Card because I believe Razer coded every THX installation seperately for each different device. So, I belive there’s no universal Razer THX driver that comes with Synapse.

*Razer Synapse 4 tries to install this THX Spatial Audio USB 1532-055A for Nommo V2 Pro but fails. I watched Task Manager and multiple THX Apos and “THX Spatial Audio USB 1532-055A” appears during installation but they vanish immediately. 

I disabled every security settings in Windows and BIOS because i thought something is blocking. Maybe still is. I’m in contact with Razer Dev Team and reported everything. I suspect there’s a bug in Synapse so it can’t install, or Microsoft somehow blocks it. I also tried another Antivirus software and disabled that, still couldn’t install THX. 

*Since there’s no proper installed THX drivers, I can’t use THX and Custom Equalizer setting. I suggest you to uninstall synapse, reinstall but watch the process with task manager. 

I believe it’s a major installation bug which prevents some action in Windows. I’m in contact with Razer Dev Team and reported every possible fix attempt on my end via email. I believe I narrowed the problem for them and I hope they can pinpoint and fix it fast for all devices which use THX.
