I bought the blackshark v2 x shaving headset microphone and the microphone is not detected, unlike the headset which is and works, and the microphone built into the PC which also works (Intel). I'm using Windows 11 and a Dell g16 laptop. I have updated the drivers but when I launch realtek audio console an error message is displayed ‘impossible to connect to the RPC service’ I have updated the RPC service but the same problem is displayed. What should I do?

Hello I solved the problem: the error comes from the application Realtek audio Console, You had to go in task manager > startup application > type ‘RtkAudUService64’ (for my case) then clicked on activated!

And voila the problem is solved.
