Hello! I purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but I’ve run into an issue: the device is already registered—though not to my Razer ID—and there is no activation code included in the package. What should I do to obtain the activation code for the 7.1 surround sound?

I understand that you encountered an issue when you registered your headset. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check the registration details?
