Once activated it’s bound to your Razer ID account. You just need to login to the account.

Yes, open THX Spatial Audio app, then click on right top avatar icon to sign in with your Razer ID. Also what’s your headset? Because lot of people confusing 7.1 Surround app with THX Spatial app (both are different apps).;

It comes with 7.1 Surround app by default, so if you’ve not bought/upgraded to THX Spatial audio - you should download and install this: https://www.razer.com/eu-en/71-surround-sound

You cannot activate THX Spatial with 7.1 surround code, unless you’ve bought license code for it.
