as I recently purchased my "Razer kraken" headset, installed it on my computer, and downloaded "THX Spatial audio" for better use of my headset
the problem I find now is
when I try to enter the product key, it says it is invalid.

I already entered the code, but in another device, but I don’t use that device anymore.

I want to enter the product key in a new device, please help.
