thx audio not working with keyboard media keys

hello everyone, if you could help me because razer customer support is not helping. Im trying to use my perfecly working fine keyboard media keys to control the sound through my speakers, but only wont work only when THX spacial audio is set. can anyone help me here? Thank you.

I'm having the same problem. I have Razer THX set as my default audio device but the Volume keys on my keyboard don't effect the sound level. Any way to fix this?

Reset your keyboard through razer synapse. It seems the most recent update broke something. I found exiting synapse would have the keyboard functional. I've just reset the keyboard to factory and it is working correctly again with synapse open.
