THX auto switch

So basically my THX audio mode randomly decides when to switch on and off. Which is very annoying when i’m in a call, or listening to music. I don’t know where, or even if i cant turn it off. I tried setting the app profile to the desired one (music and deafult) but it doesn’t seem to matter. It still randomly decides to switch to THX which completely ruins the quality of the audio.
