Purchased Razer Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed headset and registered them to my account. Have not received any activation code email, just an email saying my product has been registered.

Thank you so much for sharing your concern here. Upon checking, the Razer Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed is supported by the THX Spatial Audio software. Please note that this feature does not require an activation code, as it is already integrated into your device.
You can configure and customize your THX Spatial Audio by following the steps in this link: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/13209.
