I purchased the razer barracuda product on 16/06/2024. When I opened the THX Spatial Audio application to make my settings, it asked me for the activation code. To get an activation code, I entered the product code on the back of the product box and completed my new device registration. However, although the device was registered, the activation code did not arrive. I think the activation code was used by someone else. I would like to request your urgent support for the problem I am experiencing.
When the activation code did not arrive, I tested something like this. I registered the same product again with a different account, and no activation code was sent to the e-mail address of that account. In other words, someone may have drawn the number of the product in the store, used it and received the activation code. The person who purchases the product cannot receive the activation code later. Could there be such a vulnerability in your system? Please I request your urgent support.
