I notice that quite often, my THX Spatial Audio application mixer settings (output) often get resets. It resets back to "Stereo" instead of "THX Spatial Audio". Then applications are lost and I got to click and change the settings one by one. Anyway to prevent this from happening?

How did you connect the RAZER peripheral to the pc?
  • Through USB multi hub
  • Individual USB port
We have seen in the past, when connecting high-tech peripherals to USB multi hubs, it cause problems depending on what other USB devices are connected.

I connect directly to my motherboard (individual) USB port. I do switch between my desktop speakers and Razer Krazen Headset when required. As seen in the attached photo. Not sure that's something worth noting.

Does this reset occur when you switch audio output? or just at random times? Try temporarily remove all other audio outputs and test it out

I would say, random times. It's not like when I switch another audio output, it gets reset. Nope.

It could be a fault with either Windows source files (*.dll) or Synapse Try the following Support thread, clean installation of Syanpse 3.0 /support-video-how-to-perform-a-clean-re-installation-of-razer-synapse-3-2-0-on-windows.69475/

Synapse 3.0 is related with THX Audio software too?

THX Audio software is like a addon to the Synapse, or an individual software / driver running with Synapse. It could be THX audio fault maybe. Try reset / reinstall one at a time. The only thing I cannot help is if there is a fault with Windows source files

Alright no harm trying. I'll do it. Thanks for replying at least, offering me some help. Cause this is really annoying.
