I was looking up how to fix my audio input picking up my desktop instead of my voice and i eventually found a blog article that said to re-install THX Spatial Audio. The problem with my audio input did not quite fix and now I’m stuck with stereo sound. I tried installing the newest version of THX but I don’t have an activation key or a prompt to insert the serial number of my headset.

Can you configure your THX Spatial Audio via Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for applicable workarounds that might address the audio issue.
