THX Spatial Audio not working all of a sudden

Hi, I have been logged out of THX Spatial Audio (which I have paid for) and it will no longer let me log in.

I try to log in via email/password, or one of the connected accounts and get the error message “No authentication found” 

I have tried doing a full reinstall of the program both through razer synapse, and through the standalone program, restarting my PC in between.

I have a Razer Blackshark V3 so it is capable of using the program, I have used it for months, but now I can no longer log in or use it with windows.

 

Any help please?

I understand you're having trouble logging into THX Spatial Audio despite having an active subscription. Let’s isolate the issue:

  1. Double-check that you're entering the correct email and password. 
  2. Make sure login using the email address associated with your Razer ID. 
  3. Since you've already tried reinstalling the program, ensure that the latest version of THX Spatial Audio and Razer Synapse are installed.
  4. Please note that the THX Spatial Audio is only available on Windows 11, Version 23H2 (or higher)
  5. Please check, firewall or antivirus settings can block authentication processes. Try temporarily disabling these features to see if it resolves the login problem.
