THX Spatial Audio problem.

Hello! I have a razer THX Spatial Audio problem in Doom Ethernal, the fact is that the sound with it is cut by sensations by 50-55%, but when you switch to the main playback device, everything becomes stable, can anyone else come across this? I used equipment: Razer Balckshark v2 Pro and Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense. and no matter what I used, the problem was present on both, so the problem is with the game itself and I don’t know how to solve it. The full fix is just a reboot...
