Hey everyone,

I’m in a bit of a bind. My Razer Kraken V3 Pro USB wireless dongle recently broke, and I’ve been scouring the internet trying to find a replacement without much luck. It seems Razer doesn’t sell the dongle separately, and I haven’t come across any reliable third-party alternatives.

This headset has been my go-to for both gaming and daily use, so I’m pretty desperate to get it back in action. If anyone has had a similar issue or knows of any sources, workarounds, or ways to get a replacement, I’d really appreciate the help!

If you’ve experienced this before, please share any advice, or if there are any Razer reps who could assist with replacements, that would be amazing.

Mine broke months ago, razer just don’t sell them anymore. I’ve just been using it wired since. There’s some on Amazon, and eBay. It’s worth buying them and just returning if they don’t work. That’s about all you can do since razer can’t help. I’ve been in contact with them about 3 times and they just say look elsewhere for a dongle
