My PC has 3 types of USB port: usb 2, c and 3.1 gen 2. My Blackshark 2 pro comes with a wireless dongle. Should I use usb 2 or 3 for best results?

If you can use USB 3 you should use it.

Generally, you will get the best results using a USB 3.1 port. But if those ports are at the back of your PC and the machine is below your desk, then you will want to use the USB ports on the front panel.

Cool thanks. The USB ports in the front are all 3.1s so that works.

That's even better! Do try to get your router as far from it as possible to minimize interference. Anyway, let me know if you need anything else. 🍻

Since your update I have installed the dongle and tweaked the settings for the headphones. Everything is working well, sound quality is excellent and no complaints from anyone on the mic. Thanks again for the advice.

That's all I need to hear. I will be locking the thread as resolved then. See you around!
