I'm having a problem with my headphones with the fact that as soon as I stop listening to the audio, the headphones stop registering any audio. For example, if I pause Netflix for let's say 10 seconds when I click play again, no noise comes out of the headset on any platform (youtube, Spotify etc). Sometimes turning the headset on and off again works but it's such a pain to have to do this every single time. I am basically sitting next to the Bluetooth dongle on my PC so there is no issue with distance. I have upgraded to the THX Spatial software and updated all my Razer applications and still, this keeps happening. Any suggestions would be welcome, thanks.

I'm having the same issue. Restarting the headset is the only way I can get the audio back. Would really love a fix for this because it's getting pretty tiring.
I gave up in the end and sent it back for a refund as I could not find a solution anywhere!
