Volume goes crazy

Hi guys. I have a Kraken 7.1 v2 Pro. Every time I activate the noise reduction on synapse 2.0 my volume goes crazy and start to go up and down a lot. My friends always tell me that some time the ystop hearing me and I've noticed that the reazon is that mi mic volume is moving. I've tried reinstalling synaps but this problem persists. Does anyone know something about this? It only happens when noise cancellation and/or noiose reduction is activated Thank you
