The left side of my Razer x kraken lite headphone isn't working and it's not yet 1 year of purchase. How to claim the warranty?

We can still try some workarounds in an attempt to fix your Kraken X. Have you tried using it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and for proper documentation.
