I have headphones Razer BlackShark V2 X with 3.5 mm audio cable. After 10 months of using headpones my jack cable (3.5mm audio cable) is curved. If i send them back to Razer will they give fix them or will they sent my back (in broken state which i send them), beacuse warrenty does not cover this. I have proof of purchase and warrenty is still active.
