We are unable to locate your serial number in our database. HELP!!

I’ve tried to find out if my Razer Kraken Kitty Edition has a warranty and of course it asked me for my serial number, so i typed it in and it gave me 

We are unable to locate your serial number in our database.

  • The serial number may have been entered incorrectly. Please verify and try again.
  • If your product was previously replaced under warranty, please contact customer support for further assistance.

I’m so confused because i put in my number correctly, and i even swapped 0 for O and it just won’t work.

You’ve used this site to check the warranty? https://www.razer.com/eu-en/razercare/warranty

If yes, then it’s only for checking if your peripheral(s) are eligible for Razer Care (extended/additional warranty), also it’s only for items bought through Razer.com website.

If you’ve bought it locally or online like amazon etc. then warranty periods are described here: https://www.razer.com/warranty and it’s counted from the date of purchase.
