Bought brand new Barracuda X (2022) RZ04-04430100 and I’m getting mad already!

The headset is amazingly good for the money incorporating 3.5 jack, USB and Bluetooth. BUT!
 

Everytime I play some game and quit (close the app), the headset shuts off by itself without telling me and I have to manually switch it on so I can hear anything.

 

The auto shut-off in the mobile app is set to “Never”, but they shut down no more than 20 secs after the last sound is played with the headset. There is no problem while something is playing sound on the PC. The problem is when there isn’t anything played for 20 secs the headset shuts down by itself without telling me (there is no female voice “Power off” like when I switch it off manually).

 

First I was using the free 7.1 PC app but it was actually crap, so I paid and installed the THX Spatial Audio app and I use it for the 7.1 function.

But everytime I start the PC I have to manually adjust the Output Device settings in the THX Spatial Audio app to use the Razer Barracuda X 2.4 and this is really annoying. 

 

The dongle is connected to a USB 3.2 via the original cable that came with the headphones.
