Whats wrong with my earbuds

I just got this new pair of Razer Hammerhead true wireless for my birthday and after taking both earbuds out of the case the left earbud goes from 67% to 10% in under 55 seconds (rough estimate) and everybody is saying to troubleshoot the earbuds and do a battery calibration and I have no idea how to do that.  I also had a pair of Razer Hammerhead Pro Hyperspeed before I lost them (so I got these) and I never had a battery issue like the new one I got.
