Why does my razer kraken v3 headphone show 0 volume evey time I replug it in?

I just got my kraken v3 hypersense headphonrd but when ever I plug in my windows 11 the volume setting is not saving and going back down to 0 which I have to fix evey time. This is getting annoying for me. what is causing this to happen? I think this could be the THX spatial which is selected evey time I Plug my headphone, I still not understand why this happens.

To fix this issue, I suggest disabling the THX spatial audio feature and see if the problem persists.
