There was a problem with the Windows 11 volume mixer. Its sliders simply do not change the volume, only turning off the volume completely removes the sound (screenshot 1). Running through all the Windows settings, I found a pattern: turning off one parameter of the headphone settings in Windows itself, the mixer takes on its own meaning and significance (screenshot 2). It feels like somewhere in Razer Synapse there is volume normalization (alignment of all programs to the same volume level), but in the Razer Synapse settings, volume normalization is turned off (screenshot 3). The problem is that when this switch is turned on, all processing and filters from Razer Synapse are turned off
