I’ve bought new Razer Blackshark V2 X and when i’m trying to registate it on Razer ID i have recieved an error that “Your product is already resistered”.

Hi Kasalap,

Have you checked the 7.1 Sound activation on the scratch card included in the box? Please remember that product registration is mainly for warranty purposes. If the card is missing or the code has already been used, I suggest contacting the reseller for a refund. It's important to buy your Razer products from authorized Razer resellers to ensure your device is genuine. Be cautious with products from non-authorized dealers as they might be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.
