Razer Blade 2018 Advanced Performance Issues

Hello everyone! I have exhausted all of my options and have decided to ask you guys for help to see if you could maybe point me in the right direction. For a little while now, I have been experiencing the worst performance issues with my Blade. Every 15-30 or so seconds while in game, I will get the worst frame drop/lag/stuttering issue. It is present in any game I play ranging from Modern Warfare all the way down to Minecraft. I have been back and forth with Razer Support and have gone thru every single trouble shooting option, all the way down to factory reset. So now I am lost, but I am convinced that mailing it in for repair isnt the only option. If anyone has any input as to what it could be and what I should do, or if you need me to run tests or give temps or something let me know, but I am just trying to play games on the laptop I bought for playing games, and I can't even do that . . .
