Seiren X is too quiet

My Seiren X just started to pick up my voice as if I'm across the room even if it's just inches from my face. I know the mic isn't broken because it randomly worked earlier but is back to making me sound like I'm whispering. Here are the things I've already tried:

• Going to the Sound Control Panel and adjusting Levels. (They were already maxed out. There is also no boost option.)
• Uninstalling its drivers and plugging it back in.
• Unchecked "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device."
• Switching USB ports.
• Installing Razer Synapse. It doesn't support the Seiren X, but I thought I'd try.
• Updating the motherboard's audio drivers.

Any other piece of advice would be appreciated.
