Activation code not sent
I ordered the kraken headset that says on the razer website comes with 7.1 surround sound yet no activation code was included in my box and even when i registered my device it still wasn't sent to my email.

IANGUAZON1122Reorder what? another headset? No. I paid for this one that says online comes with a code for 7.1 surround sound. unless you want to talk about false advertising. I'm looking for a razer rep to resolve this.

Sorry correction its the ultimate. But the point still stands. Its supoosed to come with the headset as advertised
