Hey, I just contact with guarantee office in Russia and ask if change my Raiju te to new one help some one to get normal product without issues, and do you know what they says? They say No! All of this gamepads are broken and it’s better to get refund. Great! I am already spend my money to buy wireless headsets to play with Raiju te. Thank you razer, it was absolutely terrifying experience with your company and the last product I ever buy from you!
