Blackwidow chroma V2 problematic; is the keyboard the problem

From time to time my Ctrl key acts like it is stuck on my PC, Windows 10. When pressing Ctrl while this happens it still acts like it is held down, not that it "evens out" as you might think. Trying to Ctrl Alt Del does not solve the problem either. The only thing that solves this is to restart the PC. Any suggestions what might causing this? My driver on my keyboard is up to date
