I used to be use my Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X normally, I take it out the case and it connects to the Xbox series X, when I am done, I put it in the case, it disconnects from Xbox.
However, lately the earbuds seem to connect no matter what. As soon as I turn on the Xbox I get headset assigned and the earbuds are still in the case. It ruins my gameplay because I can’t hear chat through my TV any longer and everything has to be done via the headset.
I have contacted Xbox but neither them nor I can figure out how to remove the earbuds from the profile. I have also done an Xbox reset and not imported previous settings but that didn’t work, I have tried attaching earbuds to my phone, nothing works, the earbuds won’t remove itself from the Xbox profile.
Anyone have any idea?
