How do I connect my blackshark v3 x hyperspeed headset to my xbox serie s

I’ve tried connecting it using the dongle connected to my Xbox and Xbox controller and I’ve also tried connecting it using the console connect button but no method has worked

I’ve also noticed that there is static when it is paired with the dongle when connected to my xbox
