how many updates do I need?

I am on my 14th update.... one more and I am sending this trash back to you. And want someone to teach your firmware crew 2 things. Not everyone wants to spend more than an hour plugging and unplugging dongles and wires from their system. Nor does everyone even want to play wireless. I play wired. I don't want to update a dongle I never plan to use.

Over 30 times thru the cycle of the update your firmware fiasco. I am sending this exceedingly expensive paperweight back to you. I cannot make a profile, remap buttons, assign to the extra paddles, make use of the controller other than basic functions. 

This is your support forums and 90% of the questions and issues have gone unresponded too for months or years.

You could always block the URI the updates come from. I use Pi-hole to block many things that I do not need my children accessing on the internet. It also works for spam updates as well as blocking all the bloat that comes up on our LG and Samsung TVs. It makes a big difference. I unblock these devices maybe once every 3 months. Gives me a little more control over what happens with what I own. This really isn’t just a Razer issue. It is happening with all consumer devices managed via the cloud.
