Hei, I am struggling to register my razer Raiju tournament edition due to product number on the controller is way shorter ( 8 symbols) compared to the registration form requirements. Can you suggest what should I do. Maybe i miss something. Thank you in advance.

    I purchased the ultimate few days ago. Same issues, right stick there's something wrong with the syncing it's fucked up to aim MyGreatLakes Headphones only work when you run the controller wired.
