My Razor Raiju TE wont connect to my pc via usb and work on games.

The controller has been in use on ps4 for months and is fine but whenever i try connect it to my pc through usb it connects but doesn't work with games. But for some reason it still works with steam, and when i plug my controller in it functions fine. I have tied just about everything if u could let me know how i could get this to work it would be very useful.
