I bought this device about a year ago, and now the connector no longer works. I can only hear on one side of the headset. I'm requesting a repair or replacement. I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely,

Please bear with me for a bit. Which side is not working? Can you test it on another computer to see if it behaves the same way? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team.
