I have my RAZER BLACK WINDOW V3 PRO keyboard which when I charge it and it doesn't charge the battery at all and it's still at zero I disconnect it and it's still at zero and it already updates the drivers and also uninstalls the clean synapse application and nothing is fixed helped me
the light is green when it is connected to the pc and I disconnect it and it turns red and turns off
