razer controller setup for xbox not working

Exactly same here. I'm using  razer wolverine ultimate and after razer software update I can't create new profiles. When trying to assign new buttons it displayed a blank screen and nothing works. I've tested on both PC and XBOX and the same error ocuuried.

Razer support sucks @$$. they can’t even fix a simple app lmao. returning this pce of sht controller cant even use. pathetic company

I opened a case at razer support. They are aware of the issue.

Here is the support response:

"I apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing with the latest Razer software update on your Wolverine Ultimate Edition controller. We are aware of this issue and are currently investigating the root cause. Our team is working diligently to resolve it as soon as possible."

At this point, we will have to wait for a patch…

The covid "vaccine" was released quicker than this has been solved..

i just bought it lol, mine is still on default and its just annoying keys atp

I just made a post that explains a confirmed work around for the current problem.  It will allow you to manually remap the buttons on the two default profiles, outside of the Xbox App.
