Then why isn't it on their support site for public download ? ;-)
Because people with 1.02beta will try to override it and brick the controller. And if that happens they have even more problems to worry about.

Yeah because you knew it will brick your controller but not everybody has that knowledge

Read stories about people who updated from 1.02 beta without any problems though. Still i didn't want to take that risk.

Thank you, that’s great news! I’ve already sent my controller back to seller for replacement on 9th of January and still waiting for it. I hope it will be from new batch with 1.04 firmware :)

Contacted support today! They confirmed that all new raijus have 1.04 on it. They also told me there were some changes in the buildproces of the raiju ultimate. Today or tomorrow the warranty team will contact me. The guy from live chat support told me they well send me a new raiju with 1.04 on it. So everyone with a Raiju Ultimate controller with stick drift etc. Contact them for a new controller!

UPDATE: I've returned my Raiju UE to the local seller after almost 2 month of waiting any updates from its service department. Full cost was refunded and I decided to buy the same controller from other store. I've asked about 1.4 version in the store, but they say that new batch of devices will be shipped to my country's warehouses only on May or June, but I always can RMA the device if needed. So I bought new device and it was with 1.3 firmware out of the box. I've been testing it for 1 week and can't see drifting or deadzone issue so far. The only thing is that sometimes my AIM feels wired, like there is some lag (I'm playing wired only), but when I feel it and try to track it down and identify the root cause paying more attention how my winger and camera moves - everything feels normal again, mb I just need to get used to the sticks and play with my sensitivity settings. I'll keep testing it and update this thread in a month or earlier if any issues will appear.

Bro it doesn't work man!
Try in changed order. First pull the analogs up, then smash it carefully with something like almost empty water bottle (shock absorption is clue, otherwise you’ll break plastic elements of R3 button mechanism like I did hitting it with my hand). Worked for me. Had to repeat it though. Switched to nacon pro 2. No issues over here.

Couple of weeks of testing my new Razer Raiju Ultimate controller with firmware version 1.3 out of the box and I noticed drifting issue with right stick - it goes up... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SrhHZPHeUP0

Has anyone fixed the deadzone on the raiju tournament? I have a similar problem with my TE, right stick turns slow going to the left
