Hi all, my wife and I both have the Ultimate. We are both on 1.03. huge drift issues. I've talked to 3 different reps now.

Apparently they are out of stock on the new version. And no time frame. They offered me a credit of 262 usd to use on the store per controller, less then what I paid. There is nothing I want on the store. So I'm kind of at a loss here. I don't know what to do. The tournament is out also

How did you guys get it? So no firmware update, no controller . 500 credit to use on what?

I just want two working controllers. On top of it, support has been not easy to work with. Can anyone lend a hand? Does Razer watch these forums? What else can I do? Do I need to take it apart and fix it myself?????

I have the same issue. I bought the Ultimate and have the same issues. I've talked to support on the phone and on twitter. None really offered any viable solutions. I was told to send back to my reseller and get a "new" one, which would just have a first gen since they are in the US. I would gladly buy one internationally if I knew it had 1.4 on it. They really don't seem to care about their customers. This isn't some cheap 3rd party controller we are using. I bought the T.E and it hasn't messed up yet, but I'm gussing it's only a matter of time. I'm going to get the Astro C40 when it comes out. I have a lot of Razer's products, but I'm not going to buy anything else of theirs. Not because of their hardware issue, but simply how they are handeling it. Horrible company now.
