Razer Raiju Ultimate right stick problem

Hello, my controller seems to have the same issue than all the V1... The right stick is acting crazy and always point right if I touch it : impossible to aim like this... I tried the 1.3 update and nothing changed... Can you help? I hope to not have to send it back...

Okay So there is no solution vor this old batch... the probleme is known and razer already started à new batch with a 1.4 and even 1.5 version but WHY ON EARTH the old version still available on amazon!!!?? Is this even legal?
