Try to reinstall the driver and use a different USB port or connect the controller directly to the USB port if you're using a USB hub. hi, thank you for your replay
i tried reinstalling the driver for the device manager and also from the razer folder but nothing
the controller plugged in the computer seems to charge and bluethoot work but in usb it says driver error i even formatted my pc idk what to do anymore
Method 1: Use Device Manager to scan for hardware changes
Click Start, and then click Run.
Type devmgmt.
In Device Manager, click your computer so that it is highlighted.
Click Action, and then click Scan for hardware changes.
Check the USB device to see whether it is working.
