plugged controller in usb port, appears as xbox gaming device in device manager, 'best drivers for device installed' any suggestions? Thanks E

      synapse is latest version, windows update has no updates, rebooted a couple of times

      Use synapse for xbox one. Its a separate app designed for wolverine TE and Ultimate. Regular synapses will not work.

        Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately Razer support already explained to me that this will not allow chroma syncing with my keyboard / mouse / hue etc. so I had to return the controller. It would be helpful if Razer made this clear on their website
